No, PowerCopy requires an internet connection for online license activation each time NinjaTrader starts. This ensures license security and prevents unauthorized use.

Currently, all child accounts use the same copy ratio. For example, if you set a 0.5x ratio, all child accounts will trade at half the parent account size. Per-account ratios are planned for a future update.
